Program Eligibility

Members must follow the Tommee Tippee Stars Writing Guidelines and adhere to Bazaarvoice’s Authenticity Policy to submit timely, authentic reviews for all products received.
Members cannot sell, exchange / return for money any products received through the sampling program. Products should never be selected with the intent to resell.
Members cannot have more than one account per person, nor can they operate an account on behalf of someone else.
No more than one (1) member account is allowed per household.
Members cannot give possession of the products to any other person outside of their household. Family or friends that do not live at your household cannot receive your products. Products should never be selected with the intent to gift or give away.
Members must be at least 18 years of age and agree / follow the program Terms of Use and Code of Conduct.
Members must live within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico).
Members must have a complete profile, including a valid shipping address and phone number. We cannot support shipments to P.O. Boxes so a full street address is required.

How it Works

What is Tommee Tippee’s Tommee Tippee Stars program?

Tommee Tippee’s Tommee Tippee Stars program enables a group of Tommee Tippee 's customers to try products in exchange for honest reviews. Reviews help other customers make educated purchase decisions. You've been invited to join Tommee Tippee Stars community based on the trust you've earned in the community for writing accurate and insightful reviews or your involvement in one of Tommee Tippee's trusted digital communities.

Since Tommee Tippee Stars Members sometimes receive access to products that are not yet available on the market, your opinions could be among the first Tommee Tippee receives. When products are not yet available on retailer sites, we'll save your reviews and post them once they are.

Tommee Tippee does not influence the opinions of Tommee Tippee Stars members. All reviews collected through this program will be labeled as such on retailer sites.

How does the program work?

Receive your invitation and register by filling out your member profile
Receive notification when an offer is available, then log in to your Tommee Tippee Stars account and select your product(s)
Product arrives at your provided address
Try the product and let us know what you think
Enjoy your product - it's yours to keep!

Member Profile & Account

Why does the registration form / member profile request information about me?

The personal information in your profile will be used for Tommee Tippee Stars program administration only. We will curate offers based on the information provided in your member profile and share your confirmed shipping address and contact information with our brand partners for the purpose of shipping products you’ve selected. The Tommee Tippee Privacy Policy applies to your participation in the Tommee Tippee Stars program and describes our practices regarding collection and use of personal information.

How do I change or update information in my member profile?

Go to the My Profile tab and select Update Your Interests to make any changes necessary to your account. The information in your Account Profile at the time a product selection window closes will be used to ship product for that campaign - even if you subsequently change your shipping address. Please make sure to keep your information up to date.

How many accounts can I have at the same household?

Only one user account is permitted per household. Additional accounts at the same household will be deactivated.

Can I invite my friends to join the Tommee Tippee Stars program?

At this time, participation in Tommee Tippee’s Tommee Tippee Stars program is limited to select customers who have been invited by Tommee Tippee to join. You can encourage your friends to review products often on tommeetippee.us, if available, or to actively participate in one of our digital communities to increase their chances of being invited to become a member.

How do I remove myself from the Tommee Tippee Stars program?

If you choose to no longer participate in the Tommee Tippee Stars program, please login to your account and use the Delete Your Membership link in the My Profile tab. Members who delete their accounts will not be reinstated.

Are Tommee Tippee employees eligible to become Tommee Tippee Stars program Members?

No. Tommee Tippee employees, their affiliates, and Suppliers are not eligible.

Offers and Invites

How do you decide who gets invited to offers?

Offers to try products are based on your interests and preferences indicated in your profile, along with past program participation. Be sure to carefully complete all your questions in the member profile and follow the writing guidelines when submitting reviews to be in good standing.

What types of products do you offer through the Tommee Tippee Stars program?

Our team at Tommee Tippee carefully selects products to include in the Tommee Tippee Stars program. We base our selection on what we want your valued opinion on most and what we think you may have an interest in given the information you provide when registering.

When am I able to request a product?

You will receive a Tommee Tippee Stars offer email notifying you when a product is available for selection. When the product selection window is open, eligible members can browse and select available products. Quantities are limited and available first come, first served.

Is there a limit to the number of Tommee Tippee Stars program products I can request for each campaign?

Each Tommee Tippee Stars member is allowed to request the number of items communicated in each offer. This can be anywhere from one to multiple items throughout the year.

How many offers should I expect to receive?

We cannot guarantee the number of offers you will receive. This depends on a variety of different factors such as product availability, campaign targeting, etc. While we can’t guarantee offers, we encourage you to keep your profile up to date and make sure you leave timely reviews, as this will increase your likelihood of being invited to try a product.

What if I receive an offer that I can’t use or am not interested in?

Rest assured - no one will be removed from the Tommee Tippee Stars program for lack of selecting products. Only select products that you are interested in trying and reviewing. If you are not interested in the products being offered, please do not select a product so that other members may select them. You will only be in jeopardy of losing your Tommee Tippee Stars program privileges if you do not review the products you receive.

Can I give products I receive from Tommee Tippee Stars to my friends and family?

All products you receive are meant for you to test. We allow product selection on behalf of someone in your household, such as an immediate partner or child, however, you may not give products to anyone living outside of your household.

Can I sell, exchange or gift products?

No, per the Tommee Tippee Stars program Terms of Use, members are not allowed to resell, exchange or gift a product received through the Tommee Tippee Stars program to any other person or entity either online or offline. If a member is found to be selling or exchanging products, membership will be deactivated.

How do I return / cancel / modify my requests?

Returns are not supported within this website. You are able to cancel or change your product selection during the offer period, but not when the offer has closed. By selecting an offer, you are agreeing to try and review the product you receive. Refusing shipment may result in account deactivation.

Where can you ship Tommee Tippee Stars products?

We only support shipments within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico). Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, so a full street address is required.

Who will be sending me my products?

Product will be delivered directly by Tommee Tippee or a third-party fulfillment provider.

How long will it take for me to receive a product to review once I request it?

Once a product selection period has ended, we make every effort to ship your item(s) as soon as possible. Typically, products will ship within 10 business days of the selection period closing, and you should receive your Tommee Tippee Stars program Product(s) within 5-7 business days following shipping. You can view your order status by visiting your Tommee Tippee Stars Account Page. If there is a delay in shipment, you will receive an email notifying you of the delay.

It has been over a week and I have not received my Tommee Tippee Stars product. How can I check status?

To determine exactly when your shipment was made, log into your Tommee Tippee Stars program Member Profile and navigate to the My Products tab. There you will see a list of all the products you have requested along with shipment status and tracking information if available.

The tracking information shows my item as delivered, but I have not received it. Where is my package?

Please make sure that the shipping address in your Account Profile is up to date. All requested product is shipped to the address in your Account Profile at the time a product selection window closes - even if you subsequently update your Account Profile. If your package was delivered to the wrong address or if your product(s) are missing, please use the Contact Us feature under the My Profile tab to let us know. We may or may not be able to re-ship your order.

What if my product is lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address, arrives broken, etc.?

Please be sure your address is up to date in your profile prior to making a product selection in order to avoid delays. If you do not receive your product or it arrives damaged or broken, please use the Contact Us form under the My Profile tab in the portal, and we will determine whether the product can be reshipped.

Do I need to return the item after reviewing it?

No. Tommee Tippee Stars products are yours to keep!

Writing & Submitting Reviews

Where do I post my review?

We ask that you use of one of the methods described below to post your review. This allows us to track your contributions and keep your member standing up to date so you remain eligible to participate in future campaigns.

When it is time to submit your review, we will send you an email specific to the products you sampled, with a direct link to a review submission form.
Another method is to log into your Tommee Tippee Stars program account to see the list of products you have received under the My Products tab. You can tap the star next to any product you haven't reviewed yet to submit your review.

When do I need to submit my review?

We will send review reminder emails when it is time to post your review, but we encourage you to post review(s) once you have thoroughly used or tested the product.

What if I didn’t receive my product or have an issue with the product when it is time to leave my review?

If you have an issue with your product or product delivery, please do not submit this feedback in your review submission. Instead, Contact Us with any customer service issues using the Contact Us link under My Profile and we will help to resolve so you can leave an authentic review on your product experience.

Am I required to write reviews about all Tommee Tippee Stars products I select?

Yes. Authentic reviews are very important in helping shoppers make a buying decision. To maintain membership, you are required to review ALL the products you receive. Doing so contributes to your standing in the program, which influences whether you are included in campaigns to try and review products in the future. Please be sure to follow the Tommee Tippee Stars Writing Guidelines when submitting your review to ensure you remain eligible for future offers.

Will Tommee Tippee edit my review before publishing it?

No. We expect our members to write unbiased, honest, and authentic reviews. All reviews will be posted on the product's tommeetippee.us detail page or on our affiliated sites' detail pages unedited, regardless of whether they are favorable or not, provided they follow the Tommee Tippee Stars Writing Guidelines. There is no pressure or expectation to write positive reviews, and negative reviews do not affect membership in the program.

Are reviews collected through the Tommee Tippee Stars program labeled differently?

Yes. To ensure authenticity, any reviews gathered through this program are badged to signify a free product was received. You do not need to mention receiving a free product in your review.

Where and when will my review appear on the product detail page?

Tommee Tippee Stars reviews will appear on the relevant product detail page on tommeetippee.us or on our affiliated sites along with other customer reviews. All reviews are moderated to ensure compliance with the Tommee Tippee Stars Writing Guidelines, so there could be up to a 72 hour delay between the time you submit your review and when it appears online.

Do Tommee Tippee Stars members get paid for writing reviews?

No. Members are not paid to participate in the program, nor are they paid to write reviews.

Code of Conduct

Keep communication with our support team professional. You will not harass, be rude, or use profanities and/or derogatory language when contacting our support team.
Be authentic, honest, and mindful when participating in the program. This includes your member profile, offer selections, and review submissions. Please answer all questions in your profile truthfully, and only select offers you are interested and able in trying. Be authentic and honest when submitting reviews for products you’ve tried.
You will not cheat or fake our system. This includes creating and/or maintaining multiple accounts, running someone else’s account, or including false information in your account.
